At Harper & George, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return in accordance with the conditions outlined below.

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition. All original tags, accessories, and packaging supplied with the product must also be included where applicable.

We do not charge any restocking fees.

Return Costs

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and, where appropriate, clear photographs showing the problem. This allows our customer service team to review your request.

If the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied, Harper & George will cover the applicable return shipping costs.

Change of Mind, Size or Fit

If you wish to return an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong product or size, the item does not fit, or you otherwise no longer want the item, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Any original shipping charges paid when placing the order are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

How to Return an Item

4. Pack the item securely and include all original tags, accessories, and packaging where applicable.

Please do not return your order to the address shown on the original shipping label unless our customer service team has specifically confirmed that this is the correct return address.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning an item. Please retain your shipping receipt and tracking information until your return and refund have been completed.

Refunds

Once your return has been received, we will inspect the item to confirm that it meets the return conditions outlined in this policy.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
